The agency has a dispute mechanism. In business terms, it is a structured process that handles issues between 2 or more parties engaged in business or societal relationships. The agency will disclose the dispute mechanism to you and how they handle complaints.

If still unsatisfied

If you are unhappy about their service and you are unable to resolve the dispute, you could consult the Small Claims Tribunal. You can also get in touch with the Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) (AEAS) at 6836 2618 for dispute resolution.

Demerit Points

Maid agencies receive demerit points when they violate the Employment Agencies Act, Rules or Licensing Condition.
